My baby boy has a name!!! After some long and hard thinking. His name will be Judah Christian. I love it. Such a strong name for my little trooper. I can’t believe how that time has flown by I’m now 5 and a half months along. Each day is one day closer that I get to meet him. Words really can’t express how ready we are to set eyes on this little baby.
The other day I was at Babies r Us and I saw this sitting on the shelf. Counting the last time that I went to the doctor I have heard my pumpkins heartbeat about 4 times. You just have to believe me that it is the most beautiful sound in the world. Well I saw this and thought – okay if I get this I could hear his heart and movement- okay so not exactly what I thought it would be. I got home and unwrapped it. I made *D* go downstairs to find me a battery. I followed the instructions and strapped this sucker to my belly. Ahhhhh…. both *D* and I put the ear buds in AND…. static. We couldn’t help but laugh. I guess that some how I thought that I would hear all kinds of sounds. I guess that it was too soon or perhaps my fluff got in the way. Anyhow my mission is now to find the perfect spot and time of day where I can hear my baby!! 🙂
Up to this point I have gained about 1lb during this pregnancy. Let just say that I started this pregnancy a little…. fluffy! Yes, fluffy! I also get full really fast but I think it’s because my little pumpkin is taking up more and more room. As far as cravings go, I haven’t had many. I mean there are things that sound good but nothing that I have just absolutely been DYING for. Like today, this is my lunch. Peaches and cottage cheeses! MMMM….. this was so good and filling 🙂
So the other day I went to Joanns craft store and got an idea to make some burp cloths from some cute fabric that I found. Well here they are. They came out soooo cute. I was so excited after I was done that I went to the store to get some more fabric and towels. Well about 30 dollars later I have a TON of them. Let’s just say that I got a little carried away. Burp cloth total= 55 !!! Crazy I know.
My nephew *I* is only a few weeks away from getting here so we will defiantly be sharing. 🙂
As of tomorrow you will have officially been growing in my belly for 19 whole weeks. I can’t believe how the time has flown by. I remember the day that we went to the doctors office and he showed me you very first picture. Just a tiny little embryo ready to be put back in my tummy. Words will never describe how I felt on that day. It was so amazing. I laid there praying for God to hear my prayer and let you grow inside of me.
According to baby center you are now the size of an heirloom tomato. Oh baby, I can’t wait to meet you!! I love you with all of my heart.
